The Best Sea Salt I have ever tasted!
I am new to the world of gourmet salts--and this jar of flakey white granules has been in great demand in my house since we received a few weeks ago! The granules are the size of the salt on a hot pretzel--but that is where the similiarities end. The salt dissolves instantly on the tongue; it has no bitter or cloying aftertaste. The jar suggests it be used on grilled fish and salads but I would reccomend it in lieu of table salt also. More detail ...
